Johns Creek is taking a giant leap away from its reliance on a private company to run the city. At a special workshop Monday evening, city officials unveiled a proposed 2011 budget of $55.2 million that would cut the city's contract with CH2M Hill from about $17 million in 2010 to $5 million in 2011.
